Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. Once the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a defective product then he can request a refund.

After 12-24 hours for order processing the expected delivery Time is as follows

Delivered within (4-7 working days)
Express Delivery within (3-5 working days)
Priority Express Delivery within 2-3 Day(Only for Metro cities i.e. Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai, and Kolkata)

Not Applicable from 31/06/2022: We provide free shipping on all prepaid orders. If you choose the COD payment method, we charge a COD fee of Rs 100 for each product you order. For example, if your order includes three products, you will be charged a COD fee of Rs 150.

International Shipping
Flixmint ships globally and even remote parts of the world are reachable within 5-10 business days.

Please pay particular attention to bulk orders that exceed these thresholds.

Delayed deliveries
In the event of any delayed deliveries, Flixmint will make every effort to get your package to you as soon as possible. However, unless your order is shipped late, we cannot accept responsibility or provide refunds for delayed shipments that are the result of our courier’s fault or delays in customs clearance.
